The group shared pizza and prayers for Southern Sudan Friday night. We have set goals to have brochures mailed with a letter from Jan by our next meeting of November 16th at James Street UMC at 5:30PM. All are welcome to join us on our Friday night meeting for pizza and planning.

This year we are starting a fund raising program of having groups and individuals adopt a health care worker. By adopting a health care worker you pledge $1500.00 for the 2013 payable in installments (monthly, quarterly) to pay a Health workers salary in Southern Sudan. You will receive updates and reports on the Health care worker as well. At present three church’s have pledge to support a worker.
